Our north pole elves are busy working away on our server network, while our south pole elves are replying to all the correspondence & support tickets we receive. A note on our office opening hours for the festive period this year:
Our offices and phone support will close at 1pm on Wednesday 20 December 2017 and reopen at 9am on Wednesday 3 January 2018. However, as always support is still available 24/7 via our support ticket system. Simply submit a ticket if you encounter any issues during the festive period and our elves will get back to you as soon as possible!
